The Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the University of Pretoria is a four-year degree that trains graduates to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that underpins modern society — roads, bridges, dams, water systems, buildings, and environmental management works. Civil engineers apply principles of mechanics, hydraulics, geotechnics, structural theory, and materials science to deliver projects that shape South Africa's built environment.
