• Parent(s)’/Guardian(s)’ ID
• Parent(s)’/Guardian(s)’ salary slip
• Copies of ID documents for individuals who are dependent on the family income
• Final Grade 11 results
• Final Grade 12 results (if Grade 12 has been completed)
• Full university transcript (if already attending University)
• University provisional acceptance letter (if still in high school).
