The purpose of the Diploma in Retail Business Management is to provide learners with theoretical knowledge and applied competences to develop into successful managers and practitioners in retail chain stores, retail franchise stores, retail buyers and planners and retail distribution centres. This qualification also aims to equip learners with a sound knowledge and skills base to be successful owners of retail businesses.
An NSC with at least three years relevant retail experience will also be considered.
