The opportunity is available nationwide at multiple Nedbank campuses and aims to increase youth employability through structured work placements.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Successfully obtained Degree (NQF Level 7) in one of the following fields:
      • Commerce (General)
      • Finance
      • Human Resources
      • Information Technology (without specialisation)
      • Law
      • Marketing
  • Employment Status:
    • Must be unemployed and not have participated in a YES Programme before.
  • Citizenship:
    • Must be a South African-born African, Coloured, or Indian citizen (as per B-BBEE Act) with a valid South African ID.
  • Age18–29 years old (born between June 1995 and January 2007).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    • Basic computer literacy.
