Nedbank’s YES Programme 2025 is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at unemployed graduates with a degree (NQF Level 7). The programme provides work experience across various Nedbank divisions, equipping participants with essential skills in finance, human resources, IT, investment banking, marketing, compliance, and risk management. The opportunity is available nationwide at multiple Nedbank campuses and aims to increase youth employability through structured work placements.
