Nedbank’s YES Programme 2025 is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable work experience across multiple banking functions. Successful candidates will be placed in various Nedbank branches nationwide, gaining hands-on experience in finance, human resources, IT, administration, sales, compliance, and more. This programme aims to increase youth employability and bridge the gap between education and the formal job market.
