The BBD Graduate Programme is a structured, full-time programme designed to transition recent graduates into the IT industry. From Day 1, graduates work as full-time employees, gaining hands-on project experience while expanding their technical skills. The programme provides training in modern technologies, software development methodologies, system design, cloud computing, and security fundamentals.

Graduates will be placed into one of three tracks based on their interests and qualifications:

  • Software Engineering – Focused on coding, system design, and software architecture.
  • Business Analysis – Understanding business requirements and bridging the gap between technology and operations.
  • UX/UI Design – Specializing in user-centered design and front-end development.

The programme encourages collaborative learning, mentorship, and professional development, making it an excellent launchpad for a career in technology and software engineering.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • A Diploma, Bachelor’s, Honours, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field.
    • Alternatively, candidates without a formal degree but with a strong portfolio of software development projects may also be considered.
  • Technical & Personal Attributes:
    • High academic performance.

    • Engaged in technology beyond university studies.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
