2025/26 Jobox Software Developer Graduate Internship

Jobox is recruiting graduates and final-year university students for software development-related internships through the 2025/2026 MICT SETA Internship Program. As an MICT SETA implementation partner, Jobox will facilitate placement with host employers in technology, finance, and operations industries.

Interns will collaborate with experienced developers to design, build, and maintain software applications, gaining hands-on experience in programming, debugging, and software development methodologies. The 12-month internship also includes mentorship, career guidance, and interview preparation facilitated by Jobox.

Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with senior developers on software development projects.
  • Write, test, and debug code using various programming languages.
  • Work on software design, development, and maintenance.
  • Gain exposure to database management and version control systems.
  • Analyze software requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and fixing software issues.

Work Hours & Location:

• • Full-time: Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Work Model (South Africa)

Salary:

• • R3 000 to R5 000 per month (Paid by MICT SETA)
