TFG invites applications for its Data Science and Leadership Fellowship for the 2025 academic year. This programme supports students pursuing research or coursework master’s degrees in Data Science or related fields. The fellowship covers tuition fees, living and meal allowances, equipment, and includes an event at TFG’s Head Office in Cape Town.

Requirements

  • South African citizenship
  • Studying or intending to study towards a research or coursework master’s degree in Data Science or related qualifications
  • Entering the first or second year of study in 2025
  • Accepted or enrolled at a recognized public South African university
  • Demonstrated academic excellence
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Preference given to candidates from designated groups
  • Prepare clear, certified copies of the following supporting documents:
    • ID document
    • Full academic record, including the latest results (June 2024 examination results/progress reports)
    • Proof of university acceptance
    • Clear and professional profile photo (head and shoulders)
  • Complete the online application form and upload the required documents.
