Nedbank’s YES Programme 2025 is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at unemployed graduates with a degree (NQF Level 7). Requirements

Education:
- Successfully obtained Degree (NQF Level 7) in one of the following fields:
  - Commerce (General)
  - Finance
  - Human Resources
  - Information Technology (without specialisation)
  - Law
  - Marketing
Employment Status:
- Must be unemployed and not have participated in a YES Programme before.
Citizenship:
- Must be a South African-born African, Coloured, or Indian citizen (as per B-BBEE Act) with a valid South African ID.
Age: 18–29 years old (born between June 1995 and January 2007).
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer literacy.
