The Diploma in Building at MUT covers the full spectrum of construction management and quantity surveying, equipping students with the skills to organise, schedule, and direct personnel and materials on construction sites. After completing the programme, students specialise in either construction management or quantity surveying, gaining competencies in cost estimating, contract administration, and project delivery.
