The Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Limpopo provides students with the theoretical frameworks and research methods to understand human societies, social structures, cultural practices, and processes of social change. Labour Relations Officer – Applies sociological understanding of workplace dynamics and power relations to manage collective bargaining and industrial relations for corporations and the CCMA.
Population Analyst – Studies demographic trends, migration patterns, and population dynamics for Statistics South Africa, the DPME, and urban planning agencies.
Policy Analyst (Social Development) – Researches and evaluates social welfare policies, housing programmes, and community development initiatives for government departments and think tanks.
