Sales & Account Management Internship:

As an intern in the Sales & Account Management team, you will be at the forefront of Amazon’s marketplace business, working with a team of account managers to understand and enhance the selection and shopping experience for third-party selling partners. Your role will involve conducting sales pitches to key accounts, managing selling partners on Amazon, and providing a suite of services to support the growth of strategic brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales pitches to key accounts.
  • Account management of selling partners on Amazon, handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Understand customer pain points, requirements, and potential value delivered by advertising or merchant services.
  • Utilize CRM tools and prioritize meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Learn the Amazon culture and ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Collaborate with different parts of the Amazon business to deliver on projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in 2024 (40h/week).
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of the internship.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level – C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
