Bakwena Platinum Corridor Concessionaire (Pty) Ltd is offering a limited number of bursaries to South African university students for the 2027 academic year. Bakwena is responsible for constructing, managing, upgrading, and maintaining safe and reliable road infrastructure along the N1 and N4 corridor, one of the busiest and most strategically important road routes in South Africa connecting Pretoria to Botswana and Mozambique.
The bursary is aimed at second year and above students who are already registered at a South African university and meet the academic requirements. Preference is given to students who reside within 6km of the Bakwena N1/N4 route, reflecting the company’s commitment to investing in the communities along its corridor.
Please note that Bakwena offers a limited number of bursaries each year and reserves the right to decline applications once the target number has been reached. Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Only successful applicants will be contacted once the final selection process has been completed.
