Overview/Details

ACTOM, a leader in electrical equipment and engineering solutions in South Africa, is offering bursaries to academically talented students pursuing degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering. This programme supports the development of future engineering professionals and encourages innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be currently in Grade 12 or enrolled at an accredited South African tertiary institution for 2026
  • Must be accepted or registered for one of the following degrees:
    • Electrical Engineering (BEng / BSc)
    • Mechanical Engineering (BEng / BSc)
    • Industrial Engineering (BEng / BSc)
  • Consideration will be based on 2025 Grade 12 final results or latest tertiary results

Required Supporting Documents:

  • Certified copy of valid South African ID
  • Certified copy of latest academic results:
    • Grade 12 applicants: 2024 Grade 11 and June 2025 results
    • Tertiary students: full academic record
  • Official university/college fee statement and cost breakdown
  • Proof of household income (payslips, affidavits, or death certificates if applicable)
  • Proof of residential address
