  • Recommendation letter from the Ward Councillor.
  • Certified copies of the applicant’s, parents’, or guardians’ ID.
  • Certified copy of Matric/academic results.
  • Letter of acceptance from the institution, including registration information and bank details.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Parents’/guardians’ proof of income or affidavit if unemployed.
