Applicants must meet these criteria:

1. Be a South African citizen.
2. Reside within the Western Cape province.
3. Have completed Matric or be in Matric in 2024.
4. Be studying or planning to study towards an NQF-aligned qualification in one of the listed fields.
5. Be registered or accepted to study at a recognised tertiary institution in the Western Cape.
6. Achieve and maintain a minimum overall average of 65%.

Applicants must upload clear copies of the following documents:

• Proof of registration or acceptance letter (on the institution’s letterhead).
• Proof of residential address.
