Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Aged between 19 and 50 years old
  • Must reside primarily in the City of Cape Town Metro
  • Annual gross household income must not exceed R400,000
  • Must have applied or been accepted to study undergraduate programmes (full-time or part-time) at a recognised and accredited higher education institution
  • Preference given to:
    • Previously disadvantaged individuals
    • Applicants at public institutions
