In this article, we will guide you through resetting your Funza Lushaka forgotten username.
Step 1 – Visit the eservices portal
Visit the government eservices portal by clicking here: https://apply.org.za/funzaapply. This will take you to the homepage where you'll click on the education tile. (see image below)
Step 2
Click on the Login/Register button. Then click on the Forgot Username option. (see image below)
Step 3
A pop-up display will appear where you'll choose the identity type you'd like to reset your username with.
Step 4
Check your email or messages where you'll be sent a confirmation OTP which you'll enter on the confirmation OTP box. (see images below)
You will then be presented with your username (usually your email address). You can use this in conjunction with your password to login. (see image below)
