Details

The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Eduvos is an NQF Level 8 professional law degree available entirely through distance learning, with optional synchronous national online lectures weekly and optional campus-based support sessions across all campuses. It is the qualification required for admission to the South African bar as an attorney or advocate, regulated by the Legal Practice Council. The programme covers constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, property law, family law, procedure, and legal ethics — grounded in the South African legal system and aligned with the requirements of the Legal Practice Act. The Eduvos Law Clinic at Midrand gives students access to supervised practical legal work, a requirement increasingly valued by the profession.
