The Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Extension (Extended Programme) at UFH provides additional academic support for students who show the aptitude and motivation to become agricultural extension professionals but need a stronger academic foundation. Over an extra year, students develop the communication, facilitation, and technical agricultural skills required to effectively support farming communities across South Africa's rural provinces, contributing to food security, rural livelihoods, and agricultural transformation.
