The SANRAL External Bursary Programme supports academically deserving and financially needy students beginning their first year of undergraduate studies in 2026. It funds qualifications in Civil Engineering, Human Resource Management, Public Procurement/Supply Chain Management, and Computer Science/Information Systems at approved South African public tertiary institutions. The bursary offers both full and partial funding, with opportunities for on-the-job training, and prioritises applicants with disabilities and those aligned with SANRAL’s Employment Equity policy.
