Requirements

NSC Grade 12 pass with:
- Life Science/Biology ≥ 50% or HBM ≥ 60%
- Mathematics ≥ 40% or Math Literacy ≥ 60%
Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
Basic Afrikaans literacy
Strong work ethic and team/independent work ability
The capacity to work under pressure and study rigorously
Willingness to handle blood and body products
Excellent service delivery orientation
Willingness to work shifts and after hours
Must have a South African ID and upload a certified matric certificate
The selection process includes screening, proficiency testing, and panel interviews
Only candidates who meet all requirements and score highly in evaluations will be considered
