Overview/Details

Sasol offers an apprenticeship programme aimed at training individuals to become qualified Millwrights. The training aligns with the requirements set by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the National Artisan Moderation Board (NAMB). The programme includes both theoretical instruction and practical experience at Sasol’s facilities in Sasolburg and Secunda.

Requirements

High School Matric/N3 or equivalent qualification
0–1 years of relevant experience
Strong behavioural competencies such as accountability, self-development, and learning agility

Key Responsibilities:

Develop proficiency in plant maintenance systems and safety protocols
Participate in planning, root cause analyses, and performance appraisals
Adhere to safety management systems and waste disposal procedures
Collaborate effectively within a team to meet organisational goals
