Project Y’s B2B Tech Sales programme prepares South Africans for high-impact careers in tech sales through a structured learning and coaching environment. The programme offers hands-on experience with US-based clients, intensive SDR (Sales Development Representative) certification, and real-world sales challenges. Graduates are guaranteed employment if they meet the programme’s graduation criteria.

Requirements

  • Aged between 18–30
  • Completed high school (or equivalent)
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Must be available to work from 2PM–11PM SAST (US hours)
  • Daily on-site attendance at Project Y’s co-working spaces
  • South African residency and valid mobile number
