Overview/Details

The Nedbank External Bursary Programme finances full-time undergraduate and honours degrees at South African public universities and universities of technology for academically deserving students with proven financial need. The programme addresses scarce-skills shortages by focusing on science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and green economy skills development.

Green economy skills promote economic, environmental, and social well-being by reducing carbon emissions and pollution, increasing energy and materials efficiency, and enhancing natural capital. Successful candidates receive comprehensive financial support to pursue qualifications that develop South Africa’s future leaders.
