SANBS is offering bursaries to students pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Immunohematology as an elective. This initiative aims to build a skilled workforce in blood transfusion services, an essential field in healthcare. The bursary covers tuition fees (up to R40,000 per annum), study materials (up to R10,000 per annum), a monthly stipend of R3,500 for 10 months, accommodation support (up to R1,500 per month for 10 months), and hands-on work-integrated learning experience in SANBS laboratories.
