Bosch Holdings invites applications for its Women in Engineering Programme bursary for the 2025 academic year. This initiative aims to enhance the representation and influence of women in South Africa’s engineering sector by providing financial support, mentorship, training, networking, and career development opportunities to female students pursuing BSc or BTech degrees in Engineering.

Requirements

  • South African citizenship
  • Female gender
  • Currently in Matric or have completed Matric
  • Intending to study or currently studying towards a BSc or BTech Engineering qualification
  • Accepted or enrolled in the Engineering Faculty of a South African university or technical university registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training
  • Minimum overall result of 65% in Matric
  • Minimum overall result of 65% in current studies, if applicable
  • Aspiration to become a leader and innovator in the engineering profession
  • Preference given to students from designated groups, aligning with Bosch Holdings’ transformation policy
  • Prepare clear, certified copies of the following supporting documents:
    • ID document
    • Grade 11 final results (if currently in Matric)
    • Latest full academic record (if currently studying)
    • Acceptance letter from the relevant academic institution
