Overview/Details

AFHCO is inviting its residents to apply for their bursary programme for the 2025 academic year. The bursary will be awarded for studies in any field, towards a course that is at least 12 months long and aligned to SAQA (South African Qualification Authority) standards at an accredited tertiary institution. The bursary is valued at R50,000, paid directly to the educational institution.

Requirements

  • Must be an AFHCO resident
  • South African citizen
  • Currently in Matric or have completed Matric
  • Studying or intending to study towards a qualification in any field that is at least 12 months long
  • Qualification must be aligned with SAQA standards

Selection Process:

  • Winners will be selected at random by an external audited system during February 2025.
  • Winners will be announced and notified via email by no later than 25 March 2025.
  • Winners must accept the prize within 4 days of email receipt notification.
  • Winners will be announced on AFHCO online platforms by no later than 31 March 2025.
