The Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Venda develops graduates with a scientific understanding of human movement, physical performance, and the physiological adaptations to exercise. Students study anatomy, exercise physiology, sports psychology, biomechanics, and sport nutrition, applying this knowledge to high-performance sport, health promotion, and community physical activity programmes. South Africa's growing sport, recreation, and wellness industries, combined with increasing recognition of physical activity as a public health intervention, create strong career pathways for graduates of this programme.
