The Diploma in Office Management and Technology at Walter Sisulu University is a three-year qualification at the Butterworth campus that develops multi-skilled graduates capable of managing information efficiently across managerial, administrative, financial, human resource, legal, technological, and communication functions. The programme prepares graduates to act ethically and apply their knowledge to meet the expectations of the African communities they serve — a particularly relevant competency in the Eastern Cape's public institutions and community-facing organisations. Graduates emerge as versatile office professionals able to support and lead administrative functions in dynamic organisational environments.
