Johannesburg Water SOC Ltd offers bursaries to South African students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. The bursary is intended to support students pursuing qualifications in fields critical to Johannesburg Water’s operations, such as Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering. The funding includes tuition fees, textbooks, and other educational expenses, aimed at developing skilled professionals to contribute to water infrastructure and services.

Requirements

  • South African citizenship.
  • Currently enrolled or accepted to study full-time at a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Studying in one of the following fields:
    • BSc Civil Engineering
    • BSc Mechanical Engineering
    • BSc Electrical Engineering
  • Not currently holding another bursary or financial aid (excluding NSFAS).
  • Preference will be given to females and persons with disabilities.
