Overview/Details

The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is a state-owned entity responsible for bulk raw water infrastructure development in South Africa. Established to implement and fund raw water projects, TCTA plays a crucial role in ensuring water security for the nation. For the 2025 academic year, TCTA is offering bursaries to academically deserving students from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. The bursary covers full tuition fees, registration fees, prescribed books, learning tools, accommodation, meals, and provides a monthly allowance for living expenses. This comprehensive support aims to alleviate financial barriers, enabling students to focus on their studies and contribute to the country’s water sector upon graduation.
