Nelson Mandela University is a public university in South Africa. It was established in 2005 through the merger of three institutions, but its history dates back to 1882 with the founding of the Port Elizabeth Art School. The university offers a wide range of programs, from diplomas to doctoral degrees, and has campuses in the cities of Port Elizabeth and George. The main campus is located in Port Elizabeth. Its mascot is Diba the Dolphin and its colors are blue, yellow and dark blue.
