The Standard Bank Group Bursary is a full-cost bursary programme supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students in Agriculture, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Science (Actuarial, Analytics, Business, Computer, Data, Information), Statistics, Technology (Financial, Information), and Behavioural Economics (Economics, Behavioural Finance, Sociology, Psychology, Neuroscience).
Undergraduate bursaries are available to students from their 2nd year of study onwards, while postgraduate bursaries support students up to Master’s level. All applicants must demonstrate both financial need and strong academic performance with a minimum 65% aggregate.
The bursary covers university fees, accommodation, meals, books, study materials, a laptop, a monthly stipend, and transport between home and campus four times per year. Recipients who receive a post-graduation employment offer from Standard Bank will be required to take up that employment.
