The Allan Gray Scholarship Programme offers high school entrepreneurial scholarships to South African learners in Grade 6 who demonstrate financial need, academic potential, and a curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
Scholarship recipients receive funding to enrol at leading partner high schools, covering tuition and boarding, a monthly allowance, uniforms, stationery, textbooks, and support for extra-mural activities.
Beyond financial support, scholars benefit from mentorship provided by a dedicated Programme Officer, face-to-face and online learning, peer engagement, workshops, an annual entrepreneurial conference, and access to an interactive Online Learning Campus.
The programme is designed to equip young South Africans with entrepreneurial thinking, leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset, with the long-term aim of inspiring scholars to become Allan Gray Fellows.
