The Extended Bachelor of Administration in Development and Management at NWU Mahikeng is a four-year programme offering an extended pathway into local government management and development studies for students who need additional academic support to succeed. Building on a foundation year of intensive language and quantitative skills development, the programme guides students through the same core curriculum as the standard BAdmin qualification. The extended format provides greater support and time for students from under-resourced schooling backgrounds to develop the academic foundation needed for a career in South African local and provincial government management.
