The Compensation Fund is offering bursaries for the 2025 academic year to support two groups:
Group 1: Unemployed COID (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases) beneficiaries with permanent disablement due to occupational injuries or diseases. The bursary aims to facilitate their reintegration into the workplace or support self-employment through relevant studies.
Group 2: Dependents (aged 17 to 35) of COID beneficiaries with permanent disablement and dependents of fatally injured employees. The bursary supports studies in various fields to enhance their employment prospects.
Fields of Study Covered: For Group 2 applicants, bursaries are available (but not limited) to the following fields:
