Our director for social development, Rowan Thomas, was crowned as Mr Campus this past weekend.
Mr & Miss Campus is an arts and culture pageantry organized by the North-West University‘s Students Campus Council office to showcase diversity, leadership, intelligence and empower students.
During the last question posed to contestants, the last question posed by a judge was: “if he was given a chance to advise future generations of this country what would he say?”
His answer was: “The one thing that I would advise future generations is that be yourself, don't live in the shadow of society, stand your ground, live your life, and believe in your future.”
These are words we hope all prospective students can follow.
