North-West University (NWU) has unveiled it's new application portal for 2025 academic year applications.
In 2022, the institution announced in a memo to staff that it would be partnering with Anthology to gear up it's new student information system to improve a digital-first experience for students and staff members.
The new system is a Nexus CRM system, which will be great for the university's marketing outreach and staff management. The university says this is part of a greater strategy to change the way the institution approaches technology. This also includes the university's plans to phase out its Learning Management System (LMS) eFundi from the year 2025.
The previous VSS application portal will no longer be used. Existing and new applicants to the university are encouraged to register on the new portal by visiting https://applynow.nwu.ac.za/OnlineApplication.
