This e-course will not only teach you digital skills, but you will also receive a certificate upon completion.

WHAT’S IN THE COURSE
The Microsoft Digital Literacy course gives you digital literacy skills so that you can utilise technology to interact with the world around you. You’ll get screenshots and simulations from Windows and Microsoft Office that show real-life examples.
This free online course focuses on:
- Basic digital knowledge on how to use a computer
- How to use the Internet
- How to keep yourself and your computer safe online
- How to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- This digital literacy course is open to all South Africans
To get started, all you need is your:
- Phone, tablet or computer with Internet connectivity
- South African ID number
- Email address
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO REGISTER
- Visit the ICTEDonline platform at: https://ed.apply.org.za/y27
- Complete the online registration form
- You will receive an account confirmation email
- Click to confirm your ICTEDonline platform account
- Then visit: https://ed.apply.org.za/il6 and sign in
- Once you are successfully signed in, you will be directed to your Course Dashboard
- Click on the Microsoft Digital Literacy Access button to access the e-course
