The Diploma in Agriculture: Animal Production at MUT equips students with theory and practical skills across all aspects of animal production, including livestock management, animal nutrition, reproductive physiology, and farm management. Graduates are prepared for careers in the agricultural industry and extension contexts, supporting South Africa's livestock farming sector which includes beef, dairy, poultry, pigs, and small stock. The programme's WIL component provides exposure to commercial farming and agribusiness environments across South Africa.
