Eskom invites ambitious South African matriculant students who are passionate about engineering to apply for its Engineering Diploma Bursary Programme for the 2027 academic year. This bursary supports students pursuing engineering diplomas and BEng Tech qualifications while developing the critical skills needed to contribute to South Africa’s energy future.
This opportunity is strictly available to current Grade 12 learners or students who matriculated in 2025 and will be starting their first year of tertiary studies in 2027. Please note that applications for Advanced Diploma qualifications will not be considered. Studies must be taken up at a University of Technology.
