The BSc in Construction Studies at UCT prepares graduates to manage and deliver construction projects across South Africa's built environment, developing skills in quantity surveying, contract management, cost estimation, and property investment analysis. The Department of Construction Economics and Management is home to some of South Africa's most experienced built environment educators, and the programme benefits from strong industry linkages that provide students with practical exposure to real projects.
