The BCom in Law at Stellenbosch University is an interfaculty programme combining modules from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, providing a solid foundation in both commercial business and South African law. The programme is designed for students who want to work at the intersection of business and law, and it provides direct entry to the two-year LLB — which must be completed to practise as a legal professional. National Benchmark Tests (NBT AQL and MAT) are required for 2027 admission, with 80 places available. Selection is based on Grade 11 or 12 results and NBT results in an 80:20 ratio.
