2027 Santam Bursary

Overview/Details

The Santam Bursary Programme supports undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing careers in the short-term insurance industry, with funding available across actuarial science, data analytics, engineering, agriculture, finance, and risk management fields.

The bursary covers registration and tuition fees, accommodation, learning materials, laptops, and monthly and travel allowances. All costs are subject to a cap.

The Agriculture stream has a dedicated career pathway. Agricultural bursars are expected to participate in vacation work and a graduate programme, receive a mentor, and follow a career trajectory toward trainee area manager roles.
