The Milkor Bursary Programme is aimed at financially supporting South African students pursuing full‑time engineering and technology degrees that align with Milkor’s technical operations. It is designed to help talented students complete their studies while gaining industry‑relevant experience and building a pathway into high‑skill careers in engineering and advanced technology sectors.

Fields of Study Supported:
The bursary is focused on core engineering and technology disciplines, most commonly including:

  • Electronic Engineering (BEng)
  • Computer Engineering (BEng)
  • Aeronautical Engineering (BSc Eng.)
  • Mechatronic Engineering (BEng)

Bursary Covers:
The Milkor bursary is structured to reduce the financial burden of tertiary study and includes:

  • Full tuition fees
  • Prescribed textbooks and study materials
  • Accommodation and meals (at university/residence rates)
  • Additional study‑related costs as needed

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen studying or intending to study full‑time.
  • Must be pursuing an eligible engineering qualification.
  • Must be a student in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of study.
  • Must demonstrate academic capability and, in some cases, financial need.
