General Criteria:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must not already be receiving another bursary
• Prepare and upload the following documents:
  • Certified copy of South African ID
  • Matric certificate or latest results
  • Proof of acceptance at a tertiary institution

University Degree Applicants:

• Currently in Grade 12 or already completed Matric
• Minimum achievement:
  • English: Level 4
  • Mathematics: Level 5
  • Physical Science: Level 5
• Must be accepted or conditionally accepted into a recognised public university for an engineering degree

University of Technology Diploma Applicants:

• Currently in Grade 12 or already completed Matric
• Minimum achievement:
  • English: Level 4
  • Mathematics: Level 4
  • Physical Science: Level 4
• Must be accepted or conditionally accepted into a recognised university of technology for an engineering diploma
