The Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy Extended Curriculum Programme at the University of Limpopo offers students who narrowly miss the standard BCom Accountancy entry requirements an extended four-year pathway into the accounting profession with enhanced foundational support. Students develop proficiency in financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, and business law, progressing through the full curriculum with additional academic preparation in the first year. The extended programme is central to UL's mission of widening access to accounting education for students from under-resourced schooling backgrounds in rural Limpopo.
