Who Can Apply?
The Clover YES Programme welcomes applications from South African youth who meet the following criteria:
- Age between 18 and 35 years old.
- Matric qualification.
- Currently unemployed.
- Not previously participated in a YES Programme with another organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Control and Order Stock:
- Implement accurate stock control measures in-store and back-up areas where Clover stock is handled.
- Minimize and document returns according to the store work plan.
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report promptly if they occur.
- Place accurate and timely orders based on the ordering tempo.
- Ensure cleanliness and neat presentation of products on shelves.
- Enforce proper crate and equipment control according to company policy.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with store management, Area Managers (AM), Head Office (HO), customers, and fellow Merchandisers.
Apply Correct Shelf Control:
- Pack shelves following the Store Flow as indicated by the AM and applying basic merchandising rules.
- Maintain proper fridge conditions at all times.
- Preserve indicated shelf sets as per provided plans or generic shelf sets.
- Display PI label per product consistently.
- Place point of sale material at allocated positions and maintain them.
- Handle relevant administration tasks.
- Exploit opportunities in-store to enhance product visibility on shelves.
Establish and Maintain Good Business Relationships:
- Manage relationships with store management, AM, HO, customers, and fellow Merchandisers consistently.
