In today’s rapidly evolving world, the demands of the future workplace are constantly changing. To prepare young talent for success in the dynamic world of work, McKinsey has launched Forward, a free, five-month online learning program. Forward: A Three-Level Learning Journey: Forward is not just another online course; it is a comprehensive learning journey that spans three levels: Foundation, Advanced, and Network. Each level offers unique opportunities for growth and skill development, providing young learners with a solid foundation to excel in the future workplace.

This level sets the groundwork for your professional growth.
- Advanced Level (12 weeks, two hours per week): Once you have completed the Foundation level, you can proceed to the Advanced level. Here, you will delve deeper into the subject matter and earn a prestigious McKinsey Forward digital badge. The Advanced level focuses on honing your communication skills to effectively move your audience into action. You will also learn about agile ways of working, data utilization, and technological opportunities. By the end of this level, you will have the skills to make a tangible impact in any work environment.
- Network Level (18 months, ongoing optional activities): The Network level offers an extended period for ongoing growth and connection. Engaging in optional activities throughout the next 18 months, you will have the opportunity to further enhance your skills and stay connected with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals.
